Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it immediately—but only if you provide us with an unboxing video.
  • To request a replacement, send us a message on our social media platforms with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for unused and unopened products.
  • To exchange, you must ship the item back to us at your own cost.
  • Customers are also responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement item.

  • Discounted or special offer items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • No monetary refunds are provided.
