Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it immediately—but only if you provide us with an unboxing video.
- To request a replacement, send us a message on our social media platforms with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for unused and unopened products.
- To exchange, you must ship the item back to us at your own cost.
- Customers are also responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement item.
Important Notes
- Discounted or special offer items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- No monetary refunds are provided.
